Our bill #A09304 requiring the NY/NJ Port Authority to be responsible in removing our loved ones remains from Fresh Kills should be be voted on in the Corp/Commissions Committee of the NYS Assembly on Tuesday 1/31/06. We ask you to take time out this weekend and email each of the persons on the Committee thanking them for their support in the past and continued support of our Bill #A09304...their email addresses can be found on the website:

The bill's number was changed from A6814 to A09304 by the committee to require the Port Authority to be fiscally responsible.

We need to show the Assembly that we are still involved and thank them for their support.

We will definitely need NY coordinators from the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, Orange, Duchess, Putnam and all other counties from NY state.

ATTENTION NEW YORK 9/11 FAMILY MEMBERS AND RESIDENTS

WTCFFPB NEW YORK STATE CHAPTER NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT FOR LEGISLATION IN NEW YORK STATE ASSEMBLY AND SENATE April 16th 2005

We are happy to announce that we have a NYS Bill in committee in both houses of the NYS Legislature. The identical bills require the removal of the WTC "fines", the remains of our loved ones, from the garbage dump to be placed in a respectful and dignified memorial/cemetery to be determined by the Governors of NY and NJ. Listed below are the names and email addresses of those committee members in the "Corp.,Authorities and Commissions" Committee in both houses. Please email them and ask for their support of Bills S03039 and A6814. We need to push the Bills out of committee to be placed on the floor for a vote.
