Families for Proper Burial Invites
You to the Dedication of
the 2,000-pound “Bell for the Unforgotten” In
Memory of All the Unrecovered Victims of the World
Trade Center Disaster on September 11, 2001. After
the dedication, each participant will have the opportunity to toll the bell
in honor of a lost loved one. Please join us to remember those lost and those still unrecovered—especially those whose ashen remains and bone fragments have been bulldozed into the garbage dump at the Fresh Kills landfill on Staten Island. Do
Not Let This Be Their Final Resting Place! Those
we have called heroes deserve better—as do our children, parents,
siblings, spouses, fiancés and all our relatives, friends and colleagues
who were killed that day. Please
email: WTCFamiliesforProperBurial@comcast.net and
tell us how many people will be attending.
All are invited—supporters need not be family members. Thank
you for your support. Monday, October 17, 2005: Our Court Conference will take place at 2:00 P.M at the Southern District Court, NYC, 500 Pearl Street. Only the judge and the City attorneys and our attorneys will participate. We will not be making any statements. BUT, your presence will go far in showing the number of people who care about the burial of the dead and your support for this effort. The judge and the City need to see that support.
